Version 1.0 | Effective 11 August 2026

These are the terms for using this website. If you sell coffee through BeanHub, the document that actually governs our relationship is the Merchant Agreement, and it prevails over anything on this page if the two disagree.
1. Who We Are
This site is operated by BeanHub Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 30 694 445 344. Contact us at support@beanhub.com.au.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What This Site Is For
This site explains BeanHub to coffee roasters and lets roasters create and manage an account. Buying coffee happens on our customer site, which has its own terms.
3. Using the Site Properly
When you use this site, please do not:
- scrape, harvest or bulk-download content, or use automated tools to collect data from it;
- put unreasonable load on it, or interfere with it working for anyone else;
- try to get into parts of it you have not been given access to;
- reverse engineer or decompile any part of it, except where the law says you may;
- upload anything malicious, or anything you do not have the right to upload;
- use it to break the law, or to impersonate someone else.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away at support@beanhub.com.au if you think someone else has got into it.
Give us accurate details when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
5. Availability
We provide this site on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it. We are a small operation and we will do our best, but we are not promising uptime.
Nothing here excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
6. Suspending Access
We may suspend or restrict access to the site, or to an account, if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken, if there is a security risk, or if we are required to. Where it is practical and appropriate, we will tell you why. Suspending access is separate from terminating a Merchant Agreement, which has its own process.
7. Our Content
The BeanHub name, logo, design and the content on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission, other than normal browsing and sharing links.
Roaster names, logos and product images belong to those roasters and are used with their permission.
8. Your Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
