More Orders.
Zero Effort.
Connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store once. After that it runs on its own. Your coffee appears on BeanHub, orders flow into the dashboard you already use, and you just fulfil.
Free to join. No monthly fee. You only pay when it makes you a sale.
What happens next
- 01Connect your store
- 02Pick the coffees you want listed
- 03Add your bank details
That's it. I take it from there.

What it costs
Free to join. No monthly fee, no listing fee, no setup cost. 20%* commission on product sales, and nothing on shipping. Paid out on the 1st of every month.
What you have to do
Connect your store once. All your product details and your shipping setup come across on their own. You don't rebuild a single listing.
What changes in your business
Nothing. Your price is my price. I never mark it up and I never discount it. Orders arrive in the dashboard you already use and you fulfil them like any other sale.
How it works
Connect your store
Shopify or WooCommerce. You choose which coffees to list, and you can change that any time.
Add your bank details
That's how I pay you. Payout lands on the 1st of every month, and I write the tax invoice so you never have to invoice me.
I list your products
I check your details came across right and match your categories to the way BeanHub sorts coffee. Then customers buy, and the order shows up in your dashboard like any other sale.
Coffee from these roasters is on BeanHub right now

66 coffees from 9 roasters. All Australian.
Your existing customers will keep buying from your site. They know you. BeanHub is for the people who have never heard of you.
How does someone in Perth find a one-person roastery in Brisbane?
Right now they don't. That's the gap I'm trying to close.
On Shopify or WooCommerce?
Then you're good to go.
On Shopify, I build your store's app and email you the moment it's ready, usually within a day. WooCommerce connects straight away.
On something else? Drop me a message below and tell me what you're on. I'll build it if there's demand.
The deal, in plain English
- No monthly fee, no listing fee, no setup cost.
- Payout on the 1st of every month, straight to your bank.
- I issue the tax invoice, so you never have to invoice me.
- No minimums, no lock-in. Disconnect whenever you want.
Questions I get asked
Is 20% negotiable?
20% is the standard rate and it's what most roasters are on. But I know the numbers are different for everyone, and what works for a roastery shipping volume isn't the same as one roasting 40kg a week. If 20% doesn't stack up for you, tell me what does and why. I'd rather find a rate that works than lose you over it.
Will this cannibalise my direct sales?
Your existing customers will keep buying from your site. They know you and they have you bookmarked. The people who find you on BeanHub are people who didn't know you existed. It's a discovery channel, not a replacement for your store.
Do you mark up or discount my prices?
Never. Your price is my price. You set prices in your own store and that's what shows on BeanHub. If you run a sale, that syncs too, but that's your call, not mine.
How does 20% compare to just running ads?
If you're running Google Ads you're probably paying $10 to $20 to acquire a customer, and you pay it whether or not they buy. On BeanHub you pay nothing until someone actually buys your coffee.
Do I have to rebuild my listings?
No. That's the whole point. I pull products, descriptions, images, variants, prices and stock straight from your store. You don't build anything from scratch.
What happens when I add a new coffee?
It flows through automatically. Add a product, change a price, update a description, and it syncs. Your store stays the single source of truth.
Do I have to manage anything inside BeanHub?
No. You run your store the way you always have and BeanHub follows. It stays in sync on its own, so there's no second catalogue to keep up to date.
What happens to my shipping prices?
Your shipping comes across when I set you up, and it stays in sync after that. If you charge a $10 flat rate on your site, that's what a customer pays on BeanHub. I take nothing on shipping.
Will this break my other Shopify apps?
No. It installs as a custom app with limited permissions, just enough to read your products and create draft orders. Your themes, apps and workflows carry on exactly as they are.
How many customers do you have?
I'm early and I won't pretend otherwise. Here's why I think that's actually in your favour: you're not roaster number 500 buried in a catalogue. You're one of the first. When customers arrive, your coffee is front and centre.
What if I want out?
Disconnect any time. There's no lock-in and no minimum. You just fulfil any orders already placed, and that's it.
What if BeanHub doesn't make it?
Fair question. I'm one person and I'm fully committed, but I'm not going to ask you to take that on faith. Your store stays exactly as it is the whole time. If BeanHub goes away you just stop getting orders from it. You're not migrating anything or rebuilding anything, so the risk of trying is close to zero.
Get your coffee in front of people who'd never find you otherwise.
Got a question before you connect? Ask me here and I'll come back to you myself.
